The point of the drama is to remind parents to actually be parents, it's not a drama about kids getting into high profile schools and jobs. I was even reading on mom cafes that they were going to get coordis for their own kids, it makes me cringe to think of all the moms who are going to suddenly cosplay as Han Suh Jin ㅠㅠĥ. Have you ever seen other first world countries plant their kids on a desk and only think of studying as important? This is why our country isn't advancing but going backwards, and why we'll never be considered first world. All parents care about is how much they can brag about their child's profession to others and what societal position their careers earn them. Shouldn't a drama like this encourage you as the adult, the parent, to fix your ways and make sure that your kid isn't messed up? I have no idea why Korea's education system is such a mess. It's because these parents are messed up that their kids are a mess character-wise.
Can people please just watch a drama for what it is ㅋㅋģ.
